You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's settings. On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Aureya. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app. All your data, including photos and skin analyses, will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email us at support@aureyaskin.io to request deletion.

Skin analysis typically takes 5–10 seconds. If it's taking longer, check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact support.
