How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's settings. On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Aureya. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app. All your data, including photos and skin analyses, will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email us at support@aureyaskin.io to request deletion.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All photos and data are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal information. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Why is my skin analysis taking a long time?

Skin analysis typically takes 5–10 seconds. If it's taking longer, check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact support.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their respective policies. You can request a refund through your device's app store.

Is Aureya a medical app?

No. Aureya is a wellness and skincare information app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

How do I request my data?
